Anti-Shipping Activity Messages (ASAM) provide detailed accounts of hostile acts against ships, crews, and passengers, such as piracy, robbery, hijacking, and kidnapping, along with their geographical location. These reports are valuable resources for mariners navigating areas with a history of hostile activities, aiding in the recognition, prevention, and mitigation of potential threats.

The ASAM Mobile app offers users the convenience of accessing and downloading all ASAMs to their mobile devices. This independent offline functionality enables users to search, view, and query these reports without requiring a data connection, significantly enhancing maritime safety awareness.
